Casting

For our film opening, we need 3 characters, preferably 1 boy and 2 girls. We decided to look for our characters within our college to make filming easier.
For the main male role, we needed a naturally funny character who can cry and scream on demand.

Alexander King-Jervis

Alex is a drama student at college and also does drama in his own time. His personality is perfect for the role as he is naturally outgoing with a dry sense of humor. He has so far taken a huge interest in our film ideas and said he would love to have the main part.

Callum Anderson

Callum is also a drama student, and although he lives closer to the college where we will be filming, he attends a different college, which can make planning the performance more difficult. Despite this, he has more experience acting as he has starred in soaps before.

Ryan Clarke

Ryan is a full-time theater student performing in plays all over the north. Although he is used to being in comedy's, his base location is quite far from the college which poses a difficulty when filming.

For the other two characters I need two females who look innocent and can be scared easily
Sophia Asilah Kelly

Sophia is in the group and therefore it makes it easy to choose her as the main female role. Sophia studies drama at college and also attends acting classes on a weekend- this means she can perform to a high standard.

Matilda Middleton-Beattie

Matilda is in our class and represents a typical teenage girl. Although she has no acting experience she is available on most days which makes filming easier. Also, because Matilda and Sophia are friends, it makes the on-screen relationship easier and more realistic.

Carrie Walker

Carrie is a drama student at college and enjoys horror films. Although, she has a job which makes it difficult when filming if she can't make it.

We have decided that Sophia and Matilda will star as the two female roles.
We are overall very happy with the people we have cast and are looking forward to filming with them!
